In GFM Ballerup we are looking for a Soft Services Coordinator to help us. You will join a team of ten colleagues who are striving to create value to Line of Business by providing aligned and costumer focused services that support the transformation LEO Pharma is in. Our team consists of partly coordinators and specialists managing our widely spread portfolio on respectively tactical and strategic level. We are based at the LEO Headquarter in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen.
The job
As Soft Service Coordinator you are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all soft FM services: cleaning, waste management, laundry services. You will assist our Contract Manager in reviewing soft services contracts and ensuring deliveries are compliant with the contracts as well as achieves the contractual goals and objectives.
- Daily follow up and aligning with both vendor and internal customers to ensure the delivery of a high-quality customer driven service.
- Supervise the cleaning services on site Ballerup by carrying out regular cleaning audits with cleaning supervisor. Report findings/concerns to the Contract Manager
- Responsible for maintaining of SLA´s and cost drivers, as well as ensuring compliance within local requirements, GxP and EHS matters.
- Provide monthly report of facilities performance data
- Raise requisitions and purchase orders in ERP system.
The role would suit an organized and experienced FM professional with a customer experience background, who understands the importance of support services and meeting customer expectations.
Your qualifications
- Good standard of education, with a high level of financial and contractual understanding.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Facility Management or soft service from the hotel business (or the like).
- Effective interpersonal skills for working together with customers, contractors and management.
- Able to produce high quality reports, business cases and prepare presentations to ensure stakeholder support.
- Experience within operational contract management as well as negotiation.
Your work profile shows you are structured and methodical and have an eye on details. You are able to work independently, are self- motivating, ambitious and takes responsibility for your own business area. You are able to handle and prioritize a diverse and varied workload.
You are motivated to familiarize yourself with contractual matters, and together with the rest of the team and the supplier, this framework translates into daily flexible processes for the delivery of various services.
You pay attention to the details and work purposefully to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through precise and high-quality deliveries.
