Office Assistant

Samsøe Samsøe is looking for a flexible Office Assistant to join our Head Office part time. You will be an integral part of the daily routines assisting the kitchen responsible and have different responsibilities for coordinating and overseeing administrative duties. You are and ideal candidate if you are practical, open-minded, outgoing, have strong organizational and time management skills and naturally take on responsibility as a self-starter.

We expect the daily responsibilities to be carried out between 11.30 – 14.30 at a daily basis. The ad hoc responsibilities might be varying from 1-5 hours on a weekly basis and can often be planned in advance.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and support administrative duties in the office, including coordination with cleaning service and lunch supplier
  • Ensure the office is running smoothly, including various tasks in the showroom, the meeting rooms and in the smaller kitchens across departments
  • Coordinating practical duties such as ordering suffice food and drinks across departments, taking out paper and cardboard, decalcify coffee machine, watering and nourishing plants, etc.
  • Ordering office equipment such keyboard, chairs, office supply, etc.
  • Coordinating outgoing and incoming packages

AD HOC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Steaming new collections and setting up showroom
  • Planning and organising quarterly clean-up days
  • Support in planning parties and Friday bars
  • Assist in developing office policies and making sure they are implemented
  • Run errands, such as ordering flowers, buying presents, etc.
  • Organise deliverances across Head Office and Warehouse
  • Etc.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Flair for practical tasks (incl. maintenance) and attention to details
  • Strong time management skills and a self-starter
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Positive and outgoing person wanting to be an integral part of the company
  • We expect you to be flexible and work about 15 hours/week (in periods more hours)
