You will have an exciting and varied everyday life solving various administrative tasks relating to HR, e.g. employment contracts, payroll administration, handling of leave due to sickness and vacation, time registration management etc. You will have numerous points of contact since a large part of our daily work will consist of answering HR-related questions from employees, both in writing, by telephone and in person.

We are looking forward to welcoming a French speaking colleague to our team. You do not have to be an expert in the HR and salary area to apply for the position. The most important thing is that you are eager to learn and interested in the area. Travelling activities to some extent should be expected.

Tasks:

  • Preparation of monthly payrolls for our French employees
  • Handling of leave due to sickness and vacation
  • Handling of refund requests
  • Updating and support role for HR and time registration systems

About you:

  • You communicate effortlessly both in French and English
  • You are interested in a position with a high degree of professionalism and focus on quality, and you are eager to learn
  • You are ambitious, responsible and have high ethical standards in your work, and you are willing to make an extra effort to get the best results
  • You have a good understanding of numbers and work systematically
