In the role, you will support our Head of Brazil as personal assistant. On top of this, your responsibilities will cover:
  • manage internal and external meetings including venues, catering and audio
  • support in the on- and off-boarding process of employees including engagement with external partners
  • drive vacation and working hours control overview and follow-up
  • work as contact person for all facility-related matters including purchase of office supplies and management of 3rd party personnel
  • coordinate when guests are coming to the Brazil office

The team creates value for Danske Commodities through building up capabilities and systems to enable an efficient and value-creating power trading desk in Brazil as well as being route-to-market for Equinor renewable assets and 3rd party assets.We are a team of 13 professional and skilled colleagues who set the bar high.   • hold a bachelor’s degree
