As a Knowledge Manager, you have a decisive role to ensure that our customers processes are well documented, well written and well structured in the knowledge management system. In close collaboration with the Service Desk, and the customers stakeholders, you ensure a good flow of updates and maintain a good quality of the customer's knowledge database, as well as prepare new documentation. You maintain the Knowledge database so that everyone has access to current and updated documentation. It is also the responsibility of the Knowledge Manager to anchor and inform about new and/or updated knowledge articles both internally and externally. This position will be primarily dedicated to one of our customers and you will work from our office in Ballerup.

In this position you will be part of the Service Desk with the aim of ensuring the optimal service to our customers, but you will also be part of our Backoffice team, where we will standardize processes for the Service Desk's services regardless of national borders. As a new colleague in Service Desk Backoffice, you will be part of a group of 20 committed colleagues. We have a structured and efficient approach to the tasks and often spar with each other. It is important for us to provide good service – also internally in the team – so we are always ready to help each other.

Your primary tasks

· Prepare and update knowledge articles and guides at the agreed time, internally and externally

· Ensure that existing and new knowledge is available and is anchored in the organization

· Assisting your colleagues in accessing and finding correct documentation

· Quality assurance on articles within knowledge bases

· Engage in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders

About you

You are organized and structured. You can work independently and can prioritize your tasks. You must thrive on planning your own working day, but at the same time be adaptable and flexible when the situation requires it. You are driven, service-minded, enterprising and passionate about giving our customers a satisfying experience.

Qualifications

· Good communication skills, orally and in writing, both in Danish and English.

· Meticulous, and an eye for quality

· Basic IT understanding and preferably knowledge of the Service Management system ServiceNow

· Preferably ITIL Foundation certified

· Impactful and dare to make decisions

· Able to make yourself heard, understood and respected by business partners and colleagues

· Able to thrive and navigate in a busy and changeable environment

· Beneficial with a knowledge background or certification
