This role involves providing executive support, managing key HR projects, and fostering effective communication across the organization. Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering HR projects. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), data management and reporting. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
