The Executive Assistant to the Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) will be part of our global P&C network and play a pivotal role in supporting the CPCO in driving the success of the P&C function. This role involves providing executive support, managing key HR projects, and fostering effective communication across the organization. The Executive Assistant will work closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives, contributing to the effectiveness and impact of our global P&C network.

    • Manage the CPCO’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
    • Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
    • Act as the primary point of contact between the CPCO and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Assist with the preparation of reports, documents, and other materials as needed.
    • Support in budget management.

  • Project Management:
    • Lead and coordinate strategic HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and performance management.
    • Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, providing regular updates to the CPCO and relevant stakeholders.
    • Identify potential risks or issues in project execution and propose solutions to mitigate them.
    • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

  • Communication and Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as an ambassador for the People and Culture department.
    • Facilitate effective communication within the department and across the organization, ensuring alignment on key priorities and initiatives.
    • Serve as a liaison between the CPCO and other executives, managers, and employees, ensuring smooth and timely information flow.

  • Special Projects and Ad Hoc Duties:
    • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the CPCO, including research, analysis, and report preparation.
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the People and Culture department.

    Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in an executive office, preferably supporting senior HR leaders.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering HR projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), data management and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
