We have a unique opportunity for a strategic thinker to join our European Solutions Organization with direct report to our VP of Solution Europe and take a seat as a member of the European Executive Solution Leadership Team.

A newly established European Solutions organisation will be driving the growth of the Solution Business in the countries with focus on defining a European strategy for the development, sales support and delivery of solutions. We aim high and we therefore need a Business Assistant to support our Vice President Solutions Europe with efficient and successful operation of Solutions Europe.
The Role:
As our Business Assistant, you will be the glue of the daily business of the Vice President and the Solutions organization. You will support with preparations of meetings such as presentations, reports, documents, coordinate between internal and external stakeholders, oversee diary management of the Vice President and advise on systems and processes to ensure an effective business flow.

The Role:
As our Business Assistant, you will be the glue of the daily business of the Vice President and the Solutions organization. You will support with preparations of meetings such as presentations, reports, documents, coordinate between internal and external stakeholders, oversee diary management of the Vice President and advise on systems and processes to ensure an effective business flow.
You will also be responsible but not limited to:
- To ensure appropriate systems and processes are developed and maintained to support effectively
- To effectively plan and coordinate any corporate or training events, workshops and meetings/conferences on behalf of Solutions Europe
- and efficient day to day running of Solutions Europe
- To prepare reports, ensure management, budgetary control, invoicing and post event appraisal
- To devise and maintain data management and electronic filing for the VP Solutions
- To arrange travel, accommodation, and hospitality management for the VP Solutions. This may include some travel
- Developing and maintaining relationships with the wider Solutions organisation to ensure involvement and engagement.
- To participate in the work of preparing job and job descriptions for Solutions Europe.

Person Specifications:
- Excellent written communication skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Strong IT skills including a high level of proficiency in software programmes such as Word, Power Point, Excel, Access and Outlook
- Friendly approach and high level of customer service as the ‘ambassador’ for the VP Solutions and the company
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines with the highest level of professionalism
- Confident and proactive with the ability to work using own initiative
- Commitment to continuously develop professionally and the ability to learn new skills quickly
- Willingness to work flexibly to meet the demands of the role
- Willingness to adopt a flexible and collaborative approach to tasks and to work as a member of a team.
Education level and experience:
- Proven track record of working in fast-paced environment
- Worked for at least 3+ years as an Executive Assistant or within an Office Manager role
- Business-related foundation degree.
