APM Terminals Nordic is looking for an ambitious and energetic Executive assistant (EA) to help succeed in implementing their future strategic agenda. This position offers the possibility to work closely with the Nordic management team, and specifically the Managing Director. Are you the person who can ensure that the MD and Nordic Management team are as productive and effective as possible?

Your responsibilities and tasks



You will report to the Managing Director (MD) and be another set of eyes and ears in the organization to ensure a strong foundation for management decisions. You participate in as well as drive own projects. You are furthermore responsible for various administrative tasks from Travel Expense Management and travel coordination to ensure meetings begin on time with prep material delivered in advance.

Main tasks



• You support the MD with reports and summaries on on-going projects, strategy and analysis
• You make financial and economic analysis
• You maintain the MD’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences and travels
• You support the Nordic Management Team with relevant business information
• You are responsible for the management of the Office Manager in Gothenburg

You will be based in Aarhus, but your area of responsibility will cover Aarhus, Kalundborg and Gothenburg Terminals, therefore some travel will be expected.

Your profile



You have 3-5 years of experience within business, finance or logistics preferable within a larger international organisation. You effortlessly communicate with many stakeholders at all levels in the organization, from line managers, project managers to senior management. You can make complex material clear and you drive and take ownership and responsibility of challenging tasks.

Besides that, you meet the following criteria:

• Hold a master’s degree within business or economics
• Have minimum of 3 years working experience maybe as project manager or executive assistant in a complex organisation
• You have the ability to prepare various analysis and communicate the findings into short concise summaries and decision papers
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
