Do you have a flair for customer support and a natural interest in integrations and API? We are looking for an Aarhus-based Solutions Engineer to help bring further value to our awesome customers.
Adversus is an all-in-one call center platform that contributes to optimizing, automating, and effectively managing all of our customers' outbound activities. Our platform is a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS), where we continually develop and optimize based on our users' needs and feedback. Today, we are 29 employees, with 24 working from our headquarters in Aarhus, where we handle every aspect of the business, including sales, support, development, marketing, and administration.
Your role as our Solutions Engineer
Your primary responsibility will be to advise potential and existing customers on custom implementation, integration and configuration from a technical aspect.

Ultimately, a top-notch Solutions Engineer drives sales and retention by creating specialized business software solutions tailor-made to the customer's needs. Whether you've previously been a sales consultant, customer supporter, project manager, or analyst, these are transferable skills to our Solutions Engineer.

As our Solutions Engineer, you need to have an in-depth understanding of all functionalities in Adversus. To achieve this knowledge, you will take on the role of a Customer Supporter during the first period of your employment. You and your immediate manager will agree on the right time for you to advance into the position of Solutions Engineer.

- Create custom software solutions and setups for customers.
- Support the sales and support team with technical requests.
- Draft and deliver presentations on specific products.
- Test performance of implemented solutions.
- Follow-ups with customers after implementation.
- Develop and maintain customer relations.
Qualifications:
- Experience with customer support.
- Interest in integrations, API and/or SQL.
- Familiarity with business hardware and software systems..
- Think creatively and see solutions.
- Attention to detail.
