Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…primarily act as Personal Assistant for the Vice President of Procurement & Category Management and provide general administrative support to the rest of the management team and the department. You will be responsible for many different tasks and have a broad surface of contact across the entire organisation.
Your tasks will include:
Calendar management, presentations, reports, sparring, travel planning, etc. Create expense reports Filter and sort the Vice President’s email flow (what should be answered when, what can you take action on, etc.) Prepare and participate in management and department meetings Maintain organisational chart and team lists for the department as well as external consultants Onboarding of new employees in the department Administrate the department’s SharePoint site
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…is a service-minded and outgoing team player with outstanding organisational, administrative and project management skills. You have at least 5 years of experience from a similar role. In this role, it is important that you contribute to a positive work environment and enjoy working with people from all parts of the organisation.
