The position
As Senior Program Manager in IFP Technology Development Projects, you will set direction, ambitious targets and ensure proper planning across all AP and FP sites securing alignment with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Together with a team of highly skilled project managers and SMEs you will ensure relevant progress across installation of technical solutions on production lines (filling, assembly, and packaging), robustness of solution, transition of products to QR coded cap, and the establishment of operation and maintenance of QR code technology.

The opportunity will involve a high degree of stakeholder management vertically and horizontally in the organization, communication, and presentations to SVP management. As your projects will be cross-borders, some travelling would be expected, this is estimated up to 10% of travel.

About the department
Our department, IFP Technology Development Projects, is responsible for running technology development and implementation projects that will take our IFP aseptic production sites to the next level by use of the latest emerging technologies. We play an essential role in the Novo Nordisk future, and we are expected to be the front runners for development of new technologies, but also to set ambitious goals and deliver the needed solutions for the future aseptic production.
IFP Technology Development Projects is a department consisting of highly engaged and experienced project managers, program managers and portfolio managers, who runs global projects/programs in close collaboration with consultants and suppliers as well as our aseptic production sites in China, Russia, France, Denmark, Brazil and the United States.

The position
As Senior Program Manager in IFP Technology Development Projects, you will set direction, ambitious targets and ensure proper planning across all AP and FP sites securing alignment with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Together with a team of highly skilled project managers and SMEs you will ensure relevant progress across installation of technical solutions on production lines (filling, assembly, and packaging), robustness of solution, transition of products to QR coded cap, and the establishment of operation and maintenance of QR code technology.
Your tasks will include:
- Driving the program from pilot phase, through execution and benefit realisation, to operation and maintenance.
- Ensuring and maintaining the overview of status of all site projects in AP and FP facilities.
- Driving progress of program, under a robust plan for efficient implementations and continuous alignment.
- Managing project risks on a program level.
- Collaborating closely with Project Managers, Sites, SME, QA, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain at all management levels like Head of site, Directors, Corporate Vice Presidents (CVP), Senior Vice Presidents (SVP) and Executive Vice Presidents (EVP).

Qualifications
- You hold an academic degree within engineering, pharmaceutical science, economics or similar with strong experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager or Portfolio Manager.
- It is advantage if your experience is within pharmaceuticals or other highly regulated industries.
- Ideally you have experience in Program Management and can manage the implementation of a QR coded cap technology.
- You are a natural leader and team player, and you quickly build strong working relationships.
- Good communication skills are a must, including the ability to target your communication at a broad set of stakeholders at all organisational levels.
