The position
As our new Associate Manager for Quality Support in Inbound Supply Management Sourcing Operations (SoOp) in Bagsvaerd, you will head up our team with the overall responsibility of handling deviations and change request from our external supplier network.
The team consists of 14 competent professionals working closely together with experts across our supply chain and production areas. The team is responsible for timely execution of complex projects managed through the change request process focused on cost, quality, or delivery. Moreover, the team is responsible for a professional handling of supplier related deviations in collaboration with main stakeholders across quality, development and production.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
You will become a member of a dedicated, trustful and ambitious management team reporting to the Director Inbound Supply Management. As a member of the Inbound Supply mgmt. group you will contribute to the successful performance and ongoing development of the department, through a close collaboration with ISM managerial colleagues.

Inbound Supply Management is part of Sourcing Operations (SoOp), which is overall responsible for the inbound supply chain of Novo Nordisk and consist of 400 dedicated employees. We use our differences to create novel ideas and high-quality solutions to ensure continuous improvement of the Sourcing Operations function globally. The position

- Lead your team with a structured approach and setting directions.
- Maintain the team’s performance and for ensuring that the activities are planned and timely completed.
- Make sure the team works in compliance with GMP and corporate standards.
- Lead and participate actively in board meetings, process confirmation and structured use of problem-solving tools to locate and eliminate the root cause of an error.
- Foster a climate of continuous improvement and innovations within own team and across related organisational departments.
You will become a member of a dedicated, trustful and ambitious management team reporting to the Director Inbound Supply Management. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you have:
- Master’s degree in any field
- Proven experience as a people leader, who builds trust, drives engagement and ensures wellbeing in the team
- Experience and understanding of supply chain management
- Fluency in English.
