Do you want to be part of a small training team on a journey towards ensuring a more effective and standardised training setup for an area of 550 people? About the department

You will join Manufacturing Development at Novo Nordisk Injectable Finished Products (IFP ManDev), where we support production sites across the globe by making innovative improvements to our production processes. We work in healthcare-regulated processes with a focus on compliance with cGxP requirements. As an intern in Training Support, you will be part of a team consisting of five colleagues. In our team, we operate, manage, and develop training in collaboration with colleagues placed across the IFP ManDev organisation.

Our team is part of a young, dynamic, fast-growing department, IFP ManDev Business Support, which consists of around 20 employees with diverse professional backgrounds working with management support, financial planning, strategy, onboarding, facility management, EHS, and digitalisation.

The position

As our intern, you will get the opportunity to gain insight and experience in many aspects of training development, training management, and Learning Management Systems. The training area in ManDev is currently in a transition period, where new training methods, new processes, and new ways of managing training are being implemented.

As part of this journey, we need to simplify, improve and digitalise our training setup. Together with your five training colleagues, you will be involved in different kinds of projects that aim to improve the structure, processes, setup, and overall quality of training. We are a small team, so you will need to be self-driven, a quick learner, and a team player.

The internship encompasses:

  • Participation in training development projects and change management activities related to our new training approach, as well as designing effective learning paths and training content
  • Administration of training data using Learning Management Systems (iSOtrain and QualityDocs)
  • Ad-hoc tasks and projects across the Business Support department depending on your competencies and interests

Qualifications

You are currently at the end of your Bachelor’s degree or studying for your Master’s degree in HRM, Competency or Organizational Development, Project Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar.

  • Keen to build hands-on experience in a global organisation with English as the company language

  • Eye for detail and work in a structured and thorough manner
  • Committed, engaged, and capable of doing both operational, and daily work and participating in long-term development projects
  • Understanding of data structure and the analytical skills to participate in analysing, using, and presenting data

Any experience with training management, administration, project management, or data-driven processes, in general, is a plus, but we don’t expect you to already be an expert.

As a person, you are solution-focused with a pragmatic mindset and value being part of a team and collaborating on projects, but you can also work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks.

Practicalities:

  • Internship period: 6 months with the possibility of extension
  • Working hours: 30-37 hours per week enabling you to combine an internship with project work or writing your thesis (flexibility during exam periods)
  • Start date: January 2023.
  • Internships are remunerated if your educational track allows
  • A Danish full-time work permit is required
