Do you have a proven track record for providing professional administrative support and a flare for projects? Are you keen to make a difference and support Novo Nordisk's ongoing environmental compliance and sustainability agenda interacting with diverse stakeholders? And do you have a can-do attitude and a positive mindset? If so, you may be our new Administrative Project Assistant in Environmental & Social Sustainability (ESS).

The Position

Anchored within the Environmental Compliance team, you will quickly become a valued and integral part of a specialist, dynamic team where you will be responsible for planning, preparing, optimising, and following up on a wide range of administrative tasks and processes supporting our evolving compliance and sustainability agenda.

Combining routine tasks with project support not only in ESS but also as relevant more broadly across CSDS, your tasks will include:

  • Support to the team to help maintain Novo Nordisk environmental compliance in line with our Environmental Management System and ISO14001 certification via planning, logistics for internal/ external audit activities and relevant meetings
  • HR related support, on and off-boarding, training and system support via ISOtrain, Ask-HR support and other relevant systems
  • Support to department managers & specialists supporting with e.g., archiving, reporting and other relevant tasks
  • Content responsible for training in QualityDocs
  • Support to other relevant sustainability projects, initiatives and activities e.g., department off-site planning and other cross functional activities

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A proven track record from a similar role
  • Excellent organisational skills, a structured approach and excellent stakeholder management
  • Great coordination skills with the ability to move things forward while not forgetting important detail
  • Great IT skills, you are an experienced MS Office365 and other relevant systems user (SPO, AskHR etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both written and verbally

It is also an advantage if you have previously been involved in sustainability and or training initiatives as part of a larger project, if you have this, please do not forget to mention it in your CV.

About the Department

The environment and compliance team ensures Novo Nordisk’s licence to operate via continued compliance with external requirements and sustainability support for our production expansion projects. We are part of the Environmental and Social Sustainability Department (ESS) and are anchored in Contract Manufacturing & Sourcing, Devices & Sustainability located in Bagsværd at our HQ offices, a part of Product Supply Quality and IT (PSQIT) which is a modern technology organisation that practically drives the purpose of Novo Nordisk and delivers the highest quality to patients in an efficient and sustainable way.

In ESS we focus on both environmental and social sustainability and translate our corporate strategies into concrete actions. We are committed to build innovative, sustainable & compliant solutions for production, products and supply across PSQIT and to improve access to affordable care through supply chain improvements, sales to humanitarian organisations and donations.
