The position Your primary area of responsibility will be administrative support to managers and departments in Novo Nordisk Quality. Your everyday tasks will include calendar administration, meeting planning and follow-up incl. preparation of agenda and material, people administration, sparring with management and peers, budget planning and follow-up and purchasing of supplies and services. In addition, you will support management in various ad hoc tasks such as preparation of presentation for meetings, process improvements initiatives as well as more analytical tasks. With your excellent IT skills, you will be the primary contact person for stakeholders for guidance and help with relevant IT systems and tools. Your tasks will also include frequent interaction and cooperation with important stakeholders in the organisation and driving cross-functional events such as large summits or virtual sessions. Your qualifications
  • You are outgoing, proactive and open-minded. You are a dedicated team player with the ability and wish to take on responsibilities in support of managers, departments, and stakeholders.
  • You have an administrative or academic background within business administration, communication or equivalent, and are highly skilled within administrative support, budget planning and IT.
  • You are a profound user of Microsoft Office and work flawlessly both in Outlook and PowerPoint and Excel.
  • You possess analytical skills and have experience in preparing insights and recommendations to management.
  • You are comfortable interacting with management and have some experience from a similar position.
  • You are good at working independently with a ‘can-do-attitude’ and have a proactive approach to your job and work well with tight deadlines. In addition, you are structured, quality-minded and enjoy the details of planning and coordinating.
  • You have a natural ability to establish relations across the organisation and reach agreements through flexibility and compromise.
  • You are reliable, loyal and service-minded, able to manage several tasks simultaneously and to perform under pressure.
  • You are familiar with handling confidential information and are proficient with both written and spoken Danish and English.
  • About the department NNQ Administrative Support You will be part of an administrative team that covers several areas in Novo Nordisk Quality including our Senior Vice President, HR Business Partners, Communication Partner and Executive Office. You will work closely together with nine administrative colleagues where knowledge sharing and taking the lead in optimising cross-functional administrative tasks are how we work and shape our daily tasks.
