This is a temporary position of one year duration. About the position This is no ordinary Administrative Assistant role. You will become part of a cross-functional administrative team which coordinates and divides responsibilities while each supporting a director with PA-related tasks. You will get to work with a wide range of different tasks which may include: Support Directors with everything from being a trusted advisor to calendar planning, meeting preparation, minutes and follow-up on actions etc. Assist with and prepare communication materials for the department Project Management on small projects in the department Prepare budgets, do monthly follow-ups and handle invoices Guide and train in administrative systems such as Coupa, Successfactor, Portal2people, ASKHR etc. We urge you to make the role your own and take on the responsibilities that best suit your ambitions and talents, while supporting the director area. Your main area of responsibilities will be to support the department of Material Manufacturing Development and at the same time you will also support processes/tasks going across Sourcing Operations. Qualifications Maybe you are an experienced Aministrative Assistant and want to move in the PA direction with your career or maybe you are an experienced PA who wants to shake things up with new, challenging assignments and team collaboration. Most importantly, you are devoted to the administrative role and passionate about delivering the best possible support to your colleagues. Furthermore, you have: Great IT-skills. You know the ins and outs of Microsoft Office, easily learn and adapt to new IT-systems, and enjoy teaching what you know Experience with taking charge of calendar management of love to make everything come together A flair for optimising processes and creating new and effective processes Previously worked with budgets and is not afraid of numbers Professional proficiency in either Danish or English or both and are located in Denmark As a person, you need to be open and great at building new relationships to succeed in this role. You enjoy cooperating with colleagues and stakeholders and others know you for your motivating and engaging energy. You take pride in your great structure skills, possess a strong quality- and service mindset and like to help others succeed. About the department You will be working from the department Strategy & Business Development as part of our team in Business Support. The team is very diverse in its functions supporting line of business with administrative-, training-, lean-, and EHS-related tasks. You will have a workday with a large degree of independence and at the same time, you will have the chance to work closely with highly skilled colleagues across the organisation. OBS: Please be aware that you organizationally will be located in Bagsværd, but you will be supporting the Material Manufacturing Development department, which is mainly located in Bagsværd, but also can have activities in Hillerød.
