The position In this role, you will work closely with the whole finance organisation and develop an expertise in various IT and Finance solutions, providing the foundation for an exciting and developing job in a time where financial management and digitalisation are prominent on the corporate agenda. As a (Senior) Business & IT Analyst, you will become an expert in a range of IT and finance solutions. You will help design, build, and prioritise key SAP-based technology solutions enabling accuracy and transparency into all of our financial processes, thereby enabling a solid financial basis for decision making. Furthermore, you will gain a strong financial and digital toolbox, interact closely with stakeholders across Finance, and get insights into the strategic priorities of Novo Nordisk. You will also be involved in and lead various Finance optimisation projects. You will experience a continued steep learning curve, which enables numerous future career opportunities in the global Novo Nordisk organisation. Qualifications You hold a master’s degree within business, economics, or IT and are either a recent graduate or have up to 5 years of working experience. You are passionate about the intersection of finance and technology and want to learn how to translate financial business requirements into IT solutions. Experience with finance systems/solutions (e.g. SAP/BW) is preferred, but most importantly, you are curious to learn more and have strong analytical skills while being good at keeping an eye on the overall purpose. You have a flair for details and, therefore, an interest in learning and understanding the business behind the numbers. You can communicate clearly and precisely with people at all levels of the organisation and you have good collaboration skills. About the department The Group Reporting & Insights team is responsible for the financial management of Novo Nordisk, supporting key decisions for Executive Management, the CFO, and the SVP of Business Finance. Additionally, the team is responsible for driving the corporate financial processes such as monthly management reporting, budgets, and quarterly closing processes, as well as financial analysis and material for executive management and the board of directors. You will be part of a young and engaged team consisting of 7 employees in Denmark, supported by colleagues from Global Business Services in India.
