About the Department IFP QA Site BA is a department, consisting of approx. 60 dedicated and engaged employees situated in Bagsværd. Our department ensures a high level of quality in close cooperation with our stakeholders. IFP QA Site BA plays an important role in assuring the quality of injectable products produced in Site BA. By joining us you will get the chance to influence the way we work and drive improvement initiatives and digital solutions. Networking and cooperation inside and outside our department are key to our success. The position You will become well acquainted with some of our key initiatives and will be an integrated part of the department from day one.
  • Support us to deal with the tasks and projects on a daily basis
  • Various ad-hoc tasks directly supporting employees and/or departments where you will have ample opportunities to bring your insights and contributions
  • As an intern, you will have frequently one-on-one meetings with your manager. These sessions will not only help you find your way around the department and your tasks during the internship but also develop your professional abilities in the processes and framework of a regulated industry like Novo Nordisk. Furthermore, you will develop your future career skills throughout your internship with opportunities to enrol in different kinds of activities and courses. This internship is an excellent position to begin a career in quality management. Practicalities:
  • Internship period: 6 months, potential extension to 12 months
  • Working hours: as close to 37 hours per week as possible
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Salary: 12,000 DKK per month (plus company pension contribution)
  • A Danish full-time work permit is required
  • Qualifications We are looking for an intern who is passionate about combining business with quality and enrolled in a university (Bachelor or Master level) during the whole duration of the internship, within Health and Medical Sciences, Pharma, Engineering, Business, or an entirely different field
  • Organised, analytical, structured, and comfortable managing your own time and deliverables and have flair for project management
  • Certain flair for IT e.g., SharePoint, Office 365, PowerPoint, Planner, etc.
  • Interest in systems and process optimisation and some experience with group project work
  • Responsible executer who gets the job done without comprising quality and outgoing person with a strong work ethic
  • Curious by nature and thrive in a versatile environment
  • You are ambitious and ready to be part of our ongoing effort to improve our high standards, including ensuring that new ways of working are implemented smoothly. Most importantly you share our passion for quality and are keen to acquire professional competencies and learn the tricks of the trade.
