In this position, you will be part of the Admin & Facility team anchored in the Business Development & Operations department where you will work closely together with your colleagues to support administrative activities across IFP Manufacturing Development. Your responsibilities will be a combination of providing dedicated support to selected Director areas and general administrative tasks across the area. Thus, the role will include a wide range of tasks including coordinating management activities, calendar planning, hiring and onboarding process, and planning of seminars, as well as supporting across the whole area with e.g. purchasing and facility management. Based on your competencies and experience, you will also support other activities across the team. You can anticipate varied workdays with changing priorities depending on the tasks at hand. Moreover, you can expect continuous feedback and support on the work you deliver and on your personal development. Qualifications
  • You have experience from a similar position
  • You have strong IT skills and interest (MS Office 365, incl. Outlook, PowerPoint, Sharepoint).
  • You are service-minded and pro-active
  • You have great stakeholder management skills
  • You have high proficiency in both written and spoken English

    As a part of Product Supply, Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Manufacturing Development (ManDev) supports our global production sites by creating innovative improvements to manufacturing processes while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance. In Business Development & Operations, we drive a broad range of business processes and supporting activities across ManDev incl. management support, financial planning, strategy, training, cLEAN, quality, facility management as well as environment, health & safety.
