Are you looking for a student assistant job where you can work in an international environment with co-workers from around the world? In Injectable Finished Products (IFP) we are looking for a student assistant that can support us in our daily work. We are looking for a student assistant who are keen on keeping high standards in our administrative tasks and who thrives in working with archiving. If that is you then apply for this position. The position Your will mainly help our review team with archiving the batch documentation by:
  • sorting documentation
  • categorising documentation
  • coordinate shipping from the office to the archive
  • This position is an opportunity to both maintain, but also optimize our administrative task and to secure timely delivery and execution in our department. We expect you to be working approximately 15 hours per week within regular business hours (Mon – Fri 8AM to 4PM). It is important or us that you can combine your job with your studies and we are therefore very flexible. Since corporate language in Novo Nordisk is English, it is important that you speak and write English on a professional level. Qualifications You are currently studying a Bachelor’s degree within Business Support, Business Administration, or a Pharma study like Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or similar. To be a student assistant in Novo Nordisk you need to be enrolled in a study with a minimum of 1 year left of your studies (a Master Programme can be included). As a person you are well-organized, detail-oriented and structured by nature with a can-do attitude. You are able to create ownership of your own tasks, and you are bringing strong working ethics into your work. About the department In IFP Bagsværd, we produce top-quality injectable products for patients with diabetes worldwide. You will be joining Aseptic support in IFP Bagsværd. The team’s objectives are among others monitoring of the environment inside the production, projects and improvements and digitisations task. Our main purpose is to support the production and keep compliance. We are a strong team of energetic people with a focus on solving challenges in collaboration with each other, and our stakeholders.
