The position The Senior Strategy Project Manager will be a member of the Research & Early Development (R&ED) Executive Office team. We bring ideas to life by providing structure and being good at executing, we connect the dots to our long-term aspirations and provide strategic support to the Executive Vice President (EVP). As a Senior Strategy Project Manager, you will: Manage strategic development projects across the R&ED organisation in close collaboration with other strategic support functions to the EVP including Communications and People & Organization. Be involved in the development and coordination of strategic management presentations to senior level management, as well as playing a key role in preparing the EVP for senior level management meetings. Qualifications To be a successful candidate, you: Hold a Master and/or PhD in Business or Science. Have minimum 4 years of project management experience either in a scientific or a business setting. Your previous experience working for a pharmaceutical company and/or with business development will be an advantage but is not a requirement. With a high degree of planning and multi-tasking abilities, you are able to operate in a complex and fast changing environment. You manage through uncertainties by utilizing your solid networking abilities. Are an excellent communicator, and your strong analytic mind-set helps you to focus on what is important.
