About the department
Digital, Data & IT is a vibrant and diverse community of more than 3,000 colleagues globally, with strategic hubs in Denmark, India, the US, Brazil, and China. About the team
The Digital, Data & IT Communication team consists of three communication partners. We are based in Bagsværd, Denmark, but we collaborate closely with colleagues across the globe. Our focus and responsibilities range from internal organisational communication, end user communication to 60.000 users, and external employer branding activities. What’s the role about?
As a CVP Communication Partner in our team, your primary role will be to help develop and execute the Digital, Data & IT communication strategy. You’ll be diving into a broad variety of strategic and operational communication activities, incl. change communication projects, organisational communication, employer branding activities, and end user communication. An integral part of the job is to create engaging digital content on our internal channels such as our intranet (SharePoint), newsletters, and SoMe channels (e.g. yammer) as well as on external platforms such as LinkedIn and novonordisk.com.
You will frequently be engaging in smaller video production tasks as well as in different layout tasks, incl. design of SharePoint sites, newsletters, slides, digital flyers, GIFs, etc. within the visual identities of Novo Nordisk and Digital, Data & IT. The range of tasks and responsibilities is broad, and you must be structured and able to ensure progress across a variety of priorities at the same time. However, you are not alone. We are in this together and you will be collaborating closely with many local communicators and change managers to make things happen.
You will be a member of Novo Nordisk’s Global Communication Network, and you will help promote and drive the global Novo Nordisk communication agenda within Digital, Data & IT.
Qualifications
You have an educational background in communication or journalism and a minimum of three years of documented experience as a professional communicator and advisor. Furthermore, you have:
  • Excellent communication skills in advanced spoken and written English
  • Great project management and change management skills
  • The ability to translate complex matters into simple messages
  • Brilliant networking and collaboration skills across all levels of the organisation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and you thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen interest in digital technologies and the interfaces between technology, people and communication
  • As a person, you are a true team player, and you enjoy working with colleagues at all levels and across the organisation. You bring new ideas into our work by identifying new trends and staying updated about best communication practices. It comes natural for you to build strong and trusted relationships with colleagues across the organisation, to stay on top of what is happening, and actively seek feedback from your many stakeholders. You are constructive, proactive and you thrive in a challenging and fast changing environment. No assignment is too big or too small for you to take on.
