Manufacturing Development (MDev) is a cross-functional area that works at the interface between R&D and full-scale manufacturing with a focus on process management, process understanding, implementation and optimisation. In this area you will find more than 200 skilled colleagues working in both Kalundborg and Bagsværd. The position will be linking you to a wide range of stakeholders across locations, which requires you to be working from both Kalundborg and Copenhagen (Bagsværd), depending on where it is needed. The Position
As Department Assistant you will be the backbone of our department and support your colleagues and the management team with a wide range of tasks such as:

• Support the management team with tasks such as reporting, hiring processes, strategy, meetings etc.
• Plan department activities such as strategic workshops, leadership seminars, team building and social events
• keep an overview of department invoices and budgeting
• Support colleagues within the department with ad hoc tasks and be the go-to person

Your responsibilities will be cross functional, and you will be visible towards our employees and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with the other assistants in Manufacturing Development Kalundborg/Bagsværd in a highly skilled and engaged network.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we imagine that you have at least a few years of experience from an administrative position. Moreover, you have:
• Experience with planning and coordinating actions
• Good IT skills to quickly learn and adapt to new IT systems and tools
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• English and Danish professional proficiency (verbal and written) and are based in Denmark
Preferably you also have:
• been part of a management team or you are familiar with management and change management theories to some level

As a person you are committed to help and support your colleagues, with a can-do attitude. You can effectively plan, prioritise, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner. You can work independently and always strive to find solutions to challenges at hand and have the ability and willingness to adopt changes in a busy schedule.

About the Department PS API Manufacturing Development (MDev) is a CVP Area in PS API. The unit holds a key position between development and production within responsibility of support to and development in the different PS API Production Areas. In your new job you will be supporting departments across MDev and will be working in Bagsværd and Kalundborg.
