Are you currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree? Are you keen to get practical experience in a Business Support department that supports a Manufacturing Development area of 650 people? If so, you might be the intern we’re seeking for our Business Support position. Apply now! The position As our intern you will get the opportunity to gain insight and experience in many aspects of project management, training management and Learning Management Systems. The training area in ManDev is currently undergoing a transition phase, implementing new training methods, processes, and management approaches. As part of this journey, we aim to simplify, improve, and digitize our setup. Alongside your five training colleagues, you will be involved in diverse projects that aim to enhance the structure, processes, setup, and overall quality of our training. Being a small team, we value self-drive, quick learning, and teamwork. The internship encompasses:
  • Providing support for various projects, training development, and workshops, and other initiatives
  • Analyzing data through in-depth dives and thorough exploration, and visual representations of complex datasets
  • Participating in the design of effective learning paths and training content
  • Administering training data using Learning Management System (iSOtrain and QualityDocs)
  • Undertaking ad-hoc tasks and projects across the Business Support department based on your competences and interests
  • Exploreing the potential for app development in various configurations, but we don’t expect you to be an expert in this area – but to have the willingness to seek new opportunities and maintain a curious mindset

  • Internship period: 6 months with possibility of extension
  • Working hours: 30-37 hours per week enabling you to combine an internship with project work or writing your thesis (flexibility during exam periods)
  • Preferred start date: 1 July 2023.
  • Workplace: Based in Bagsværd (close to Bagsværd station)
  • This is a paid internship, provided that your studies allow remuneration
  • This internship is a full-time internship position for a duration of 6 months. It is essential that you remain enrolled in a study program throughout the entire internship period. Qualifications You are currently at the end of your Bachelor’s degree or studying for your Master’s degree within Business Administration, Data Science, Organizational Development, Project Management, or similar.

  • Keen eye for detail and demonstrate a structured and thorough approach to your work
  • Committed and engaged enable you to excel in both operational daily tasks and active participation in long-term development projects
  • Data structure and strong analytical skills with ability effectively analyzing, utilizing, and presenting data
  • Fluency in Danish is an advantageous, as Novo Nordisk’s language is primarily English, we encourage interns from all backgrounds to apply
  • While any prior experience in training management, administration, project management, or data-driven processes would be an advantageous, we understand that you may still be developing your expertise in these areas or are eager to gain hands-on experience. As a person, you are solution-focused with a pragmatic mindset. You value being a part of a team and collaborating on projects, but you can also work independently and take responsibility of your own tasks. About the department You will be placed in Manufacturing Development at Novo Nordisk Injectable Finished Products (IFP ManDev), where we support production sites across the globe by making innovative improvements of our production processes. As an intern you will join a team of five colleagues responsible for operating, managing, and developing training in collaboration with colleagues throughout the IFP ManDev organization. Our team is part of a young, dynamic, and rapidly growing department, IFP ManDev Business Support, which consists of around 26 employees with diverse professional backgrounds. We work on various aspects, including management support, financial planning, strategy, onboarding, facility management, EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), and digitalization.
