The position As a UX/UI Student Assistant at Novo Nordisk, you will work in a dynamic environment, where you ensure focus and clarity on the operational side. With your organisational and administrative skills, you will drive and develop continuous improvement and robustness of the business processes around the UX activities supporting the UX/UI Designers. Your tasks will include: Ad hoc support with usability testing and support with Prototyping in Figma Coordination and support to workshops and training Prepare SharePoint sites and set up surveys Maintain our website, folders, and drives, as well as backup for recruiting users for usability tests and other activities Competencies on our radar Since the role is a global role, you will get the opportunity to connect with people from all corners of the global Novo Nordisk IT community and utilise your excellent communication skills. Practicalities: Working hours: approx. 18 hours a week, within the period 08.00-17.00 Location: the office in Bagsværd, 2 days per week There may be periods when you need to work outside these working hours, as your collaboration partners are in other time zones - the job, therefore, requires that you can do so from time to time. Qualifications You are currently doing your Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Business & IT, or another relevant field. Solid PowerPoint and communication skills Comfortable working independently and a great team player Fluency in English written and spoken Experience with Figma is an advantage We use our skills, dedication, and ambition to help people with diabetes and change their lives. About the department You will be part of a UX team with 4 internal UX colleagues and 5-10 external UX consultants. We emphasize professional sparring across the team in an atmosphere with room for creativity and fun. Our business model is to scale capacity up and down using UX/UI freelancers pending requests from the agile teams. You will report to the Head of UX DD&IT Staffs. The internal IT systems in Novo Nordisk support our 55,000 colleagues globally and our goal is to create an intuitive user experience and business value for our colleagues using these systems.
