Apply today and join us for a life-changing career! The position As a personal assistant to the CVP, you are offered a challenging and exciting position in a dynamic environment. You will be part of the management group with main responsibility of administrative support to the CVP and the management team of IFP QA. Your main tasks will be:
  • Budget planning and controlling across the CVP area.
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders through PowerPoint presentations, SharePoint material and written announcements.
  • Coordination and planning of meetings, calendars, seminars, and travel activities.
  • Purchasing goods and services as needed within area responsibility.
  • Be part of several cross-functional networks and responsible for coordinating the local assistant network in IFP QA.
  • Furthermore, you will have a variety of tasks and responsibilities supporting the area and management with business processes, take part in creating an optimal administrative team, take the lead in cross-functional administrative projects and become part of a management team based across Denmark, Brazil, China, France, and the USA. You will work closely together with the HR Business Partner and the Executive Assistant. You will have approximately 5-10 travelling days a year. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must have the following qualifications:
  • Solid experience from a similar administrative position.
  • Great coordination skills and overview of multiple processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SAP and general flair for IT and numbers are an advantage.
  • Professional experience from a multicultural and international environment is an advantage.
  • Excellent language and communication skills in both spoken and written English.
  • As a person you are outgoing, proactive, and open-minded, with a curiosity for understanding the business and taking pride in learning. You are a dedicated team player with the ability and wish to take responsibility and take the lead when you are supporting the CVP. You can work independently, have a highly structured approach to tasks and can maintain an overview under pressure. In addition, you thrive in a global environment. About the CVP area IFP QA is a part of Novo Nordisk Quality and supports Injectable Finished Products which is a part of Product Supply. The position is primarily located in Bagsværd, and there is a possibility to work from home, when needed.
    IFQ QA has departments in Brazil, China, France, USA, Bagsværd, Hillerød and Kalundborg.
    Currently, the management team consists of 12 members. 1 CVP, 8 leaders, 1 HRBP, 1 EA and the Personal Assistant. You will report directly to the CVP in IFP QA.
