The position
As our Finance Project Manager within Product Supply, Quality & IT Finance (PS,Q IT) you can look forward to an exciting job leading projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders at both global and local levels. You will be responsible for scoping and executing non-investment projects, with an impact across our largest organisational division. Using your business partnering skills, you will take the lead in driving projects working across production areas. Tasks include: Overall management of project activities within Product Supply, Quality & IT Finance to ensure solutions are aligned with line of business prior from the start Creating plans and driving performance by monitoring progress, aligning priorities, and removing roadblocks Acting as the voice of production in development projects to optimise scalability and operating efficiency Continuously improving the way projects are executed by challenging the status quo, identifying process gaps, and implementing solutions Analyse and understand complex structures or systems and communicate requirements in a way that is easy for all to understand About the department
You will be part of the Business Finance team residing in Product Supply, Quality & IT Finance. The finance department consists of around 35-40 people across 15 countries. Our team is diverse and acts as a center of excellence in financial planning, production accounting, investments and compliance for Novo Nordisk globally. We use our varying experience to create novel ideas and high-quality solutions promoting continuous improvements within our global Product Supply organisation. You will be working in the headquarter with an environment characterized by innovation, openness, and highly engaged colleagues who work dedicated towards helping us change lives for the better for patients worldwide.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, we expect you to have: A Master Degree in business, finance or any other relevant field Demonstrate a strong understanding of finance workflows within a large multinational organisation Experience of supporting change or continuous improvement projects Ability to operate effectively within a complex stakeholder landscape Experience of translating strategic direction into project deliverables As a person you aresomeone who is structured, detail orientated, and enjoy working in cross-functional teams with many stakeholders. Your approach is proactive and you are open to considering different perspectives or ways of working. You will also thrive in a flexible and dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly.
