The position As our new administrative supporter, you will be a key player in our department, connecting your colleagues in the IT Offices with the shopfloor at the production site. Your main tasks will be: Be our business relationship manager for one or more areas Handle all housekeeping tasks in PAS-X and SAP Train end-users and super-users in PAS-X and SAP Participate in various IT projects Handle incidents The work varies from day to day, and you must thrive by being in a very rapid changing world. When production IT is causing issues, we quickly rush to the lines to support and troubleshoot. For the troubleshooting, deep experience within PAS-X and SAP is needed, in order support our production unit. On top of that, you will be a business relationship manager, being responsible for our stakeholders, understanding their processes and pains. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have the following qualifications: Flair for and interest in administrative and supportive tasks. Experience from and understanding of pharmaceutical production, such as Aseptic Production, Wash and Sterilization, filling, and inspection. Knowledge within PAS-X, SAP, and general good IT understanding. Experience within training and passing on technical knowledge. Proficient oral and written communications skills in both English and Danish. As a person you are proactive and solution-oriented with a can-do attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where two days are rarely alike. About the department The IT department supporting the production in Bagsværd is looking for a new administrative supporter. Our aim is to be at forefront of technology within pharmaceutical manufacturing technology, and to drive automatization and digitalisation of the Novo Nordisk manufacturing value chain. For this we need a deep understanding of our production and processes, combined with a creative mindset.
