The Position As Project Manager, you will assist the Product Supply, Quality, IT [PSQIT] organisation in planning, executing and reporting integrations by leading a stream or more or a smaller integration end-to-end. You will be part of the PSQIT Business Integration team and assist in maturing our overall M&A transactions capability, in particular integrations. Furthermore, you will act as integration manager and support the wider organisation. Main responsibilities of the role are: Lead and orchestrate a partial or a fully end-to-end PSQIT integration process with PSQIT colleagues and the wider Novo Nordisk organisation
Ensure staffing on all relevant streams of integrations you may be leading
Lead onboarding of PSQIT teams for hand-over during integration
Develop and leverage network to inspire best-in-class integration
Act as senior support and sparring partner to the PSQIT organisation
Prepare and drive project plans for integration activities
You will drive training activities and education of the wider PSQIT organisation in the usage of Novo Nordisk best practice toolbox for integrations in close collaboration with Corporate Development to ensure efficient delivery and execution of integrations from PSQIT. Key stakeholders for this role are Corporate Development, functional diligence and integration teams, Quality Due Diligence & Integration, IT Due Diligence & Integration, various areas within Product Supply, counterparts at acquired organisation and Novo Nordisk management. Qualifications We are looking for an ambitious and proactive manager who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the following: Ideally 8+ years of experience within M&A, preferably with Post Merger Integrations
Background in integrations of organisations and systems
Experience from a global organisation
In depth understanding of at least one of the following domains as lead during a M&A: HR, Finance, Quality, Audit, Process Management or IT
Consulting background is considered an advantage
Stakeholder management skills, and excellent verbal and illustrative communication skills
As our corporate language is English, we expect you to be fluent. As this is a global role, you should expect to travel on a frequent basis. About the department The newly established PSQIT Business Integration is responsible for scouting and due diligence processes of potential acquisitions within manufacturing capacities as well as manage integration into PSQIT. In addition, to mature PSQIT’s overall M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) readiness. Furthermore, the department participate in due diligence on assets coming from our Corporate Development area.
