Then you may be our new Associate Manager for the equipment team. The Position As an Associate Manager for the equipment team, you will lead and support a team of 15 highly dedicated academics and laboratory technicians. The teams primary focus is making sure the equipment in the department runs in a stable and optimal way. The team also works to take in new technologies and introduce automated processes. The main tasks will be to: Ensure the correct prioritization of tasks and new projects Coach your team, in both personal and professional development Provide a psychosocially safe working environment and good collaboration Support key projects Take care of daily operations and contribute to optimization. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: Management experience, preferably in a laboratory environment Experience with Lean and GMP Strong communication skills both in spoken and written English and Danish. On a personal level, you are interested in equipment and new technologies. You are comfortable making quick decisions and enjoy working with people from different professional backgrounds. You work in a structured manner with a non-compromised focus on quality and deliverables. About the Department The chemical QC department is a part of Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Manufacturing Development, and consists of 70 employees, organized in 4 teams. The department is responsible for a wide variety of chemical analysis on diabetes and obesity products and a variety of physical test of our injection pens. We are on a journey of digitalizing our data flow and introducing automated processes in the laboratory. Besides that, we are also expanding the capacity in the department, to be able to support the analysis of the new obesity products in Novo Nordisk. Working at Novo Nordisk Novo Nordisk is its people.
