You will be part of the central unit PSQIT TEC, where we change the way we work in Product Supply. Product Supply is the largest organisational unit in Novo Nordisk with 20,000+ employees globally across five continents, being responsible for the full supply chain of all Novo Nordisk products. PSQIT TEC drive the automation and digitalisation portfolio end-to-end from use case assessments to implementation of our live solutions in Product Supply. The Automation & Immersive Technologies area in PSQIT TEC is among other areas responsible for designing and developing critical software solutions based on new ideas and use cases coming in from line of business. We use modern technology to a broad extend and are always curious and innovative. We assess processes for automation and digitalisation with a starting point in Design Thinking, taking a starting point in understanding the user needs, challenge their assumptions and redefine problem statements in order to create innovative and usable solutions. We are a high performing, international, and diverse unit, driven by vision to make adaptable change and thus explore, digitalise, and automate complex business challenges with cutting edge technology. The position We are looking for a new colleague with a passion for motivation and coaching people in a technical domain area. You will be part of our management team, delivering digital solutions for complex processes to our colleagues in Product Supply. Your main responsibility will be to:
  • Define our Organisational Change Management (OCM) strategy, ensuring successful implementation of our solutions across Product Supply
  • Manage our Automation portfolio, consisting of RPAs and apps
  • Drive our internal and external communication activities
  • Drive our product roadmap, strategy, and backlog in collaboration with our Product Managers
  • You will manage and develop a team of approx. 10 dedicated and talented employees and report to the Senior Manager of Automation & Immersive Technologies. The position is based in Bagsværd, Denmark, and will move to Ballerup, Denmark, in Q1 2024. Qualifications We are looking for a team player and servant leader, who is motivated by helping and motivating people. You thrive in an agile and dynamic environment, where priorities change rapidly. You enjoy challenging status quo, you are enthusiastic, and show a high degree of initiative and engagement. We expect that you have:
  • M.Sc. or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience in leading people either through indirect reports or direct reports as a Manager, People Lead, Project or Program Manager
  • Competencies to lead a healthy, engaging, and inclusive work environment
  • Demonstrated experience with strategic goal setting
  • Excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management skills and acumen to present to a wider audience
  • Preferably, you also have:
  • Experience with defining and implementing OCM strategy
  • Experience with providing continuous feedback to team members’ goals and development plans
  • Experience with participating in capacity planning to support building, prioritizing, and maintain a program backlog
  • Experience within Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe) and using Azure DevOps
