We are looking for a hybrid Project Manager who can drive strategic projects as well as deliver management materials to the EVP of Global P&O. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of high performance, strong communication and interpersonal competencies, is analytical and can consistently deliver high quality content to senior stakeholders. You will manage projects towards successful implementation of business priorities and act as sparring partner and trusted advisor to colleagues in the Global P&O organisation. You will furthermore drive preparation of management materials for the EVP and EA to EVP where your responsibilities will include analyses & insights, presentations, memos, proposals, management meeting preparation and other ad hoc business requests.
The position is based at our headquarters in Bagsværd, Denmark. Qualifications
You have a Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics or similar. You have gained several years of experience in a Project Management and/or Business Support role within a large organisation or consulting, and bring the following skills and experience: • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and impactful
• Ability to generate insights from diverse sets of data
• Skilled time and project management
• Enjoys working on a range of tasks
• Proven to be ambitious, challenge-seeking and result-oriented
• Skilled user of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
• Fluent in English – oral and written Organisational understanding and experience within P&O/Human Resources is highly regarded but not a prerequisite for this position. About the department In this role you will become part of the P&O Executive Office, providing business support to the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Global P&O responsible for developing, executing, and communicating the Global P&O strategic agenda. Our small yet impactful international team is headed by the Executive Assistant (EA) to the EVP and collaborates across the P&O function, as well as with an array of stakeholders across the organisation.
