The position
As a Security Equipment Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
  • Optimizing work processes within our buildings protection advisory services, by establishing requirement specifications, implementing sourcing projects, as well as contract management.
  • Becoming a business process owner and be responsible for establishing and presenting data-driven business cases which support increased value creation.
  • Performance management and establishing and developing KPIs.
  • Ensuring operational and supplier follow-up, and driving a diverse portfolio of development projects.
  • Your primary base will be in Bagsværd, however the job involves travelling across our Danish sites.
    Qualifications
    The ideal candidate possess an academic degree with a minimum of 3 years work experience in management of security equipment. Other success criteria are:
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills and experience.
  • Structured and skilled in navigation of high complexity projects.
  • Ability to motivate oneself in situations where there is organizational resistance
  • Analytical and capable of turning complex information into simple and engaging presentations.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Danish.
  • A driving licence.
  • On a personal level, you have a self-starter mindset and a drive to identify opportunities and implement solutions, while showing a strong sense of responsibility, fully owning their work tasks, and focusing on performance and continual improvement. We expect you to excel by making independent decisions and actively contributing to our process improvement, as well as should keeping deadlines and prioritize tasks in a busy environment where priorities may change quickly.
    About the department
    You will be part of the ‘Access Control & Advisory’ team which consists of 11 dedicated and diverse employees. The main responsibility of the department is advisory regarding technical requirements and specifications for connecting approved and standardized security equipment, repair and maintenance of security equipment, production of ID cards, and other types of access cards.
