The position As Manager of NNQ Business Partnering, you will lead a unit of around 10 employees delivering support within finance, communication, strategy, and business to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of NNQ and NNQ Management. You will be overall responsible for financial management across NNQ and contribute to the generation of financial and strategic insights to support strong business performance. Additionally, the role entails management and execution of the NNQ Strategic Portfolio, driving execution of cross functional strategic projects and initiatives as well as ensuring targeted communication to the organisation and reporting to senior management on quality performance. As a leader, we expect you to set direction and create an environment where employees thrive and grow while delivering on business needs. The team operates in a complex stakeholder environment, supporting quality areas across the entire Novo Nordisk value chain. The Manager of NNQ Business Partnering will report to the head of NNQ Business Support, and work closely with the SVP of Novo Nordisk Quality on functional matters covered by the team. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Master`s degree within a relevant field along with extensive experience from Novo Nordisk or another large corporation
  • Strong leadership capabilities and a broad and well-proven leadership toolbox
  • Strong strategic experience and execution skills, ensuring holistic solutions to often multifaceted business challenges
  • Robust problem-solving, project management, presentation and change management skills
  • The ability to translate complex business information into simple and clear messages
  • We expect you to have an analytical mindset, and that you set high standards and solve tasks effectively with a positive can-do attitude. As a problem solver you are happy to support your team in finding good pragmatic solutions as well as to motivate, engage and develop them. It is important that you feel comfortable in handling a wide variety of assignments in a challenging environment. Furthermore, you excel in collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders across functions and borders. About the department Novo Nordisk Quality (NNQ) is a global organisation with more than 2,300 employees, supporting quality across the entire Novo Nordisk value chain. NNQ Business Support is a highly engaged team based in Novo Nordisk’s headquarters in Bagsværd close to Novo Nordisk Quality Management and with stakeholders in the +50 quality units across the entire Novo Nordisk value chain.
