The position As a crucial part of our commitment to safety and security, you will support the Team Leader in operating, developing, and delivering an optimal service, grounded on a robust and mature foundation as defined by our operational model.
As the Business Owner Delegate, we expect you to act as a key liaison between service/business owners and operational teams. Your other responsibilities include, driving and supporting:
  • The development and implementation of strategic vision for the service.
  • Operational framework establishment and management.
  • Overseeing and managing contracts with external security suppliers and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaboration on cross-service development and knowledge sharing.
  • Financial and performance management, including KPI development and oversight.
  • We expect you to take full ownership of your areas, fostering strong collaboration and tangible business impact. This is a great opportunity to engage closely with stakeholders at all organizational levels, gain deep organizational understanding and insight into the ARC's priorities. Qualifications You hold a bachelor’s degree with strong results and have a considerable experience in operations management or a similar role. Other success criteria are:
  • Strong analytical skills, business understanding, and taking full responsibility for your work while driving continuous improvement.
  • Ability to establish trustful and respectful relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Danish is essential.
  • Experience in security operations, facility management, or business support is advantageous but not required.
  • On a personal level, you thrive in dynamic environments and can adapt to changes, while demonstrating proactivity, ability to solve complex problems, timely delivery, and high quality. About the Department In the ARC, we are focused on delivering unparalleled security services. You will collaborate with technicians, specialists, managers, and will therefore get familiar with different teams and departments within Novo Nordisk.
