The position You will be responsible for supporting the Vice President for IFP ManDev QC and the management group located in Site Bagsværd and Hillerød, where main place being in Bagsværd, but some days a month in Hillerød will also be required. Your tasks can vary but primarily you will be responsible for planning, preparing, optimizing, and following up on a wide range of administrative tasks and processes such as: Arrange and participate in management meetings/arrangements General support (calendar management for VP, meetings, seminars, and travel coordination) Administration of data from various systems Assist during audits and inspections Assist in hiring and onboarding You will collaborate with many different internal and external stakeholders and be a key employee in the department. Furthermore, you will be an active part of the ManDev Assistant network group. Based on your competencies and experience, you will also support other activities across the team. You can anticipate varied workdays with changing priorities depending on the tasks at hand. Moreover, you can expect continuous feedback and support on the work you deliver and on your personal development. Qualifications You have experience from a similar position You have strong IT skills and interest (MS Office 365, incl. Outlook, PowerPoint, Sharepoint). You are service-minded and pro-active You have great stakeholder management skills You have high proficiency in both written and spoken English

You work in a structured way with high-quality standards, possess a sharp eye for details and continuously work to optimise processes. About the department You will be part of IFP ManDev Business Support and part of the Administrative group where department assistants are centralised to closely knowledge-share and collaborate on securing a good administrative setup across IFP ManDev, while here responsibility wise will join IFP ManDev QC where 200 colleagues look forward to welcoming you and who have responsibility for performing all QC analysis across IFP DK, including release test from several production units, handling of customer complaints, stability samples and validation activities. In addition, we are an important partner in the global IFP QC network in IFP that also consists of laboratories in France, Brazil, US and China.
