We are looking for a new dedicated colleague to take up a position as coordinator in Investor Relations which is part of Finance, Legal & Global Solutions.
About the department
In Investor Relations, you will be part of a small highly dedicated unit. Our role in Investor Relations is threefold; ensure that timely and relevant information is made available to financial markets and that we are compliant with relevant rules and regulations, ensure that Novo Nordisk is perceived as an accessible and professional company and finally ensure information is channelled back from the financial markets to Executive Management and Board of Directors.
The position
As Coordinator in Investor Relations, you will be reporting directly to Corporate Vice President of Investor Relations and work closely with the current Investor Relations Coordinator. You will be an essential part of the team and be responsible for a broad spectrum of administrative tasks. Your key responsibilities will be administration of investor roadshows, assist in planning the Annual General Meeting, Capital Market Days and general support to the Investor Relations team. Administration of investor roadshows, conferences and meetings is a very important task involving coordination of travel schedules for management, assistance with preparation of quarterly investor material and arrangement of conferences and meetings during the year. The Annual General Meeting takes place every year in March and you will assist in the planning and managing the budget. Being the proactive supporter to the team entails assisting the department with procurement, ad hoc requests, travel booking and planning of team meetings and off-sites.
Qualifications
Preferably, you hold an administrative education or bachelor’s degree. It will be an advantage if you have experience from working with the financial markets, however, with the right mind set and fast learning competencies the right candidate could also be a recent graduate. You are used to working with Microsoft Office and preferably also with Novo Nordisk systems such as SAP, Concur and Coupa.

As a person you are positive and dedicated. You are service-minded, have a can-do attitude, enjoy working with deadlines and have great coordination skills. You have a very structured way of working and pay attention to details while keeping the greater overview. You work together with the current Coordinator, are proactive and you always strive to find the best possible solutions. You also like to welcome new tasks and responsibilities and communicate easily with both internal and external stakeholders. Finally, proficiency in verbal and written English is essential.
