Project & Event Assistant (Maternity Cover) Do you manage event and projects with the perfect balance of structure and creativity? The position: As Project & Event Assistant you are offered an exciting position where you will become part of Business Support, Finance, Legal & Global Solutions (FLGS) for the next 12 months. Your key tasks will include to:
  • Drive planning and execution of a yearly wheel of FLGS events, meetings, and programs, e.g., leadership development, organisational development, onboarding and training programs
  • Support and assist on ad hoc workshops
  • Drive reporting across FLGS includes biannually driving the Quality Management Review, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Management Review and regular dashboards (incl. Diversity & Inclusion)
  • Drive people updates for FLGS: In case of organisational changes drive HR system updates
  • Support EVP HR Business Partner and Executive Assistant to CFO on ad hoc initiatives e.g., preparation for meetings
  • Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you have:
  • An administrative, office or other relevant education, as well as some relevant work experience
  • Strong organizational skills and can take lead on various business processes
  • A creative mindset and can take the lead on initiatives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English and Danish
  • Good IT skills and can work in a virtual setting. In addition, it is a plus if you have experience working in Excel and SAP
  • As a person, you are proactive, detail-oriented, and structured. You are a committed team player who enjoys taking responsibility for events, meetings, and programs. You use your creative and innovative mindset to improve our processes and have the ability to focus on quality while meeting deadlines. In addition, you thrive in a global environment, have a good cultural understanding, and can interact with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels. About the department: You will join a team located in Bagsværd focused on supporting the CFO of Novo Nordisk. You will report directly to the Executive Assistant to CFO. You will receive sparring and guidance from the Executive Assistant to CFO, EVP HR Business Partner and team members on events, meetings, and programs.
