If so, you might be our dynamic and experienced Business Support Manager we are looking for to join our leadership team in the Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) Product Supply (PS) department. About the role As the Business Support Manager, you will play a critical role in providing essential support to the area and assist the Head of DD&IT PS Production in driving the strategic aspirations for the area. You will be responsible for leading a small team of internal employees and external consultants, overseeing various support functions to ensure the smooth operation and success of the area. Your key tasks include: Develop and maintain standardized approach for alignment of strategic plans in collaboration with Product Areas to support portfolio alignment and align area Business Plan and Ambitions Create and manage standardized setup for operational and tactical tracking of operational key results and related communication material and platforms Drive standards for training effectiveness and adherence, as well as provide support setup for alignment of training programs, materials as well as monitoring Ensure effective communication on behalf of the functional area by managing area-wide emails, announcements, and communication channels Supervise all external consultants linked to the area and assist in hiring processes, including establish structures supporting onboarding, training adherence, IT equipment, and accessibilities Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the support functions, identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices Spearhead strategic initiatives and communication campaigns in close collaboration with the DD&IT PS Production leadership team The skills we hope to see The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements: Master's degree in a relevant area, e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, etc. At least of 1-3 years of leadership and portfolio management experience, preferably in a people-centric role within IT or digitalization Knowledge and practical experience in Agile methodologies, for example SCRUM or SAFe Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels along with inclusive mindset with a focus on diversity, empathy, and creating a sustainable work environment Proven track record in driving the strategic business agenda, developing standards, and fostering a high-performance culture Fluent written and spoken English If you possess the motivation, desire, and relevant qualifications to drive the people agenda and provide exceptional business support, we encourage you to apply for this role.
