Apply now for a life changing career! The position As a Team Lead in Digital Operations, your main responsibilities include:
  • Ensure control over and sound management of IT systems, critical infrastructure and hardware
  • Drive operational management of Security IT systems together with own small team of 4 technical experts and Novo Nordisk IT department – ensuring prioritisation and alignment
  • Scope, drive and support IT projects in alignment with Business owners and Solution owners
  • Proactively identify and suggest further opportunities for digitalisation of business processes
  • Ensuring compliance with Novo Nordisk Quality Management system, Business Ethics Code of Conduct, Health & Safety policy, Employment Policies and agreements, as well as EHS responsibilities
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible to lead and ensure continuous development of 4 employees, drive continuous focus on company culture and talent review to ensure implementation of necessary initiatives and measures. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you hold an academic degree in IT management and projects/portfolio management and have 2-3 years of management experience in driving and maintaining operations and process preferably within IT and digitalisation. Other success criteria:
  • Subject matter expertise within IT operations and system management
  • Experience with business development and digitalisation
  • Experience within security operations or facility management
  • Experience with senior stakeholder engagement
  • Strong negotiation skills both internally and externally
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency both in Danish and English language
  • On a personal level, you are self-motivated and proactive, with an analytical and global mind set, and can act as a role model demonstrating high level of integrity, dependability and business ethic orientation. About the department In Corporate Facilities we are 250 employees, and we enable Novo Nordisk to focus on the core business by delivering simple and agile solutions for infrastructure, workplaces, utilities, and facility services as well as a major building portfolio. We are highly dedicated and strive for operational excellence and set ambitious targets. You will work closely with both technicians, specialists, managers etc. and draw on resources from all over our organisation and will therefore get familiar with different teams and departments. In our department, Digital Solutions & Alarm Response, we are 12-14 colleagues delivering and developing the IT solutions, equipment and infrastructure used across different areas mainly within security operations. We invest significantly in developing our employees through sparring, feedback, and by giving a high level of responsibility to individuals.
