As Personal Assistant (PA) to the Corporate Vice President (CVP), you will be in an exciting role within a dynamic environment in Strategic Sourcing Inbound Materials & Services (SS IMS), a central sourcing function for Product Supply. With a high attention on structure and details, your key area of responsibility will be to support the CVP as well as the management team ensuring a solid approach to handle administrative matters.
The job entails that you:
  • Provide line of support for the CVP e.g. calendar management, annual processes, agenda planning, coordinating travel arrangements, etc.
  • Support the CVP with a wide range of administrative, strategic, and HR related tasks and processes.
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct cross-functional meetings, unit activities and social events.
  • Manage recruitment support, hiring, and onboarding of internal and external candidates/colleagues.
  • Act as super user for the various accesses and systems internally.
  • You will be reporting directly to the CVP for SS IMS, yet you will also be working closely together with the management team and management assistants, hence you should expect to connect with a broad range of people and activities at the same time. This position holds good opportunities for personal and professional development. Qualifications
    To be considered for this position your main qualification is your keen interest and drive in making a difference in the administrative support to the CVP, in more specific terms this means: :
  • Strong coordinating skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Danish and English at a proficient business level.
  • Good IT skills - proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other similar tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and timely.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle changing deadlines.
  • As a person, you are proactive, with a can-do mindset and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. You work well under deadlines and changing priorities and take pride in assisting the CVP in daily administrative tasks. With a high degree of personal integrity and intercultural agility you manage to build trusting relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, always maintaining confidentiality. You are a team player who enjoys collaboration and putting your excellent communication skills to good use.

    Strategic Sourcing Inbound Materials & Services (SS IMS) is a central sourcing unit in Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply division. We are responsible for securing that we have suppliers in place that can support Novo Nordisk’s worldwide pharmaceutical production. Through collaboration with our international supplier networks, we ensure availability of the supply needed to develop and produce products that helps millions of people around the world to live with chronical diseases.
