The position As a PACS System Lead at Perform routine checks on servers, network connections, and access control devices.
Review notifications and security alerts for any unusual or concerning activity
Monitor performance and conduct hardware inspections.
Document incidents and troubleshoot issues.
Ensuring Regulatory and Internal Compliance Ensure compliance with regulations and internal IT framework.
Implement data protection measures and maintain compliance records.
Oversee quality assurance and testing.
Supporting Solution Owners with Digital Development Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Create technical documentation that outlines how requirements will be implemented within the PACS system, ensuring that all necessary features and functionalities are clearly defined
Assess feasibility of proposed features such as system architecture, scalability, security, and performance
Ad-hoc Project Support Gather requirements, create project schedules, and assist in smaller projects.
Translating requirements into technical specifications e.g. outlining the system architecture, identifying necessary hardware and software components etc.
Assist in driving smaller project in relations to PACS and other systems
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: Proficiency in managing IT systems within regulated environments and ensuring compliance with industry standards
Minimum of 3+ years of proven track record in designing and implementing IT solutions, including hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, architecture, and IT operations while adhering to GxP guidelines and regulations.
Familiarity with Physical Access Control Systems is advantageous
Strong documentation and compliance skills, with a meticulous approach to record-keeping
Familiarity with conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to determine the most effective IT system architecture, considering factors such as scalability, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
