If you have experience from a global organization or within management consulting, and you are ready for your next important career move, then this interim job for 10 months is an excellent opportunity for high-level learning.

Our current EA to our EVP in Global Product Supply (GPS) will be on maternity leave from February to November, and we are looking for a professional to fill her role in the period. As Executive Assistant you will drive projects within GPS and ensure organizational processes run efficiently. You will join GPS in what is probably the most exciting time in the company’s history as we are executing our 2030 strategy. The role work closely with the GPS Leadership team and collaborate across LEO and our production sites placed in Denmark, Ireland, France and Italy.

The link between EVP and GPS Leadership Team



A vital part of your time will be spent on supporting the EVP and the GPS Leadership Team to do their best with regards to decision making, organizational performance and execution of the strategic direction for GPS. Additionally, you will secure cross-business stakeholder management and act as central point of contact on behalf of the EVP.

The job



Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Support, facilitate and provide advisory to the EVP ad-hoc in relation to strategy execution and organizational performance within the areas of GPS
  • Build and maintain relationships and act as interface and central point of contract between EVP, GPS LT and GPS stakeholders
  • Responsible business administrator of the core GPS LT activities and projects, and together with the EVP define the annual wheel and strategic GPS goals including vertical alignment within GPS
  • Develop and execute on communication to managers and employees in GPS to make the strategic direction clear to all in GPS prepare and review presentations for internal and external events

You will be based at the LEO Pharma HQ in Ballerup.


Your qualifications



You hold a relevant master’s degree. You are passionate with a business acumen for identification and prioritizing. This is backed by a well-founded experience from working in a global organization or within management consulting in a similar role. You have the analytical skills it takes to develop and implement initiatives and processes. You are used to making things happen and follow the tasks through. You can manage stakeholders and navigate through policy and people-related organizational dynamics with ease. You are openminded, inspiring and communicate clear with people at all levels and backgrounds.
