The team waiting for you You will join the Digital Accelerator (DA), a unit in Digital, Data & IT acting as the internal partner on in-house build software products realizing digital aspirations across Novo Nordisk. Behind the title In this position you will be working closely with the VP of the Digital Accelerator and the Digital Accelerator Leadership Team (DA LT) becoming an integrated member, and play a crucial role in the progress, growth, professionalisation and cultural development of the DA. This includes managing the progress of initiatives driven by the LT, running projects yourself, developing processes that ensure efficiency in our operating model, preparation of internal and external presentations, among others. Additionally, your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the continued development of the Digital Accelerator, acting as a project manager and driving initiatives
  • Facilitating DA LT meetings and workshops, incl. run, drive, and ensure progress on DA backlog activities
  • Promoting the cultural development of the Digital Accelerator and our community
  • Coordinating resources and financial models (including invoicing and overview of income vs. costs)
  • Needless to say, you will have a great variety in your tasks, all with the focus on strengthening our services in the DA. What we scout for To succeed in the role, we imagine you meet most of the following:
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • 2-3 years of experience from a similar job and proven your skills within project management and/or management consulting
  • Excellent Excel and Power Point skills, as well as being comfortable presenting to stakeholders
  • Proven affinity for working with numbers, preferable experience with budget controlling
  • As a person you demonstrate engagement, empathy for others and have great communication skills. You are a driver by nature, take initiatives and are structured ensuring balls are not dropped.
