Job Title: Team Assistant

Location: 7330, Brande

Duration: Start as soon as possible and up until September 30th, 2024

About the position: Our client in the wind industry, based in 7330 Brande, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to join their dynamic team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the office and providing vital support to the professional team and department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage office administration to support the assigned professional team/department.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and document minutes and protocols.
  • Coordinate and arrange all travel arrangements, and reconcile travel and expense reports.
  • Monitor information flow, including maintaining both paper and electronic files.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, statistical charts, and briefings.
  • Aid in preparing annual budgets and conduct monthly budget activity analysis.
  • Arrange, coordinate, and track deadlines according to predefined guidelines.
  • Support the creation of purchase orders for catering, team building events, etc.
  • Create and maintain SharePoint sites.
  • Place orders for IT equipment, clothing, and other supplies for the respective team.

Qualifications:

  • Strong command of spoken and written English is essential. Danish language skills are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in office administration and support.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
