In HR Administration & Payroll we are looking for a responsible and service minded Office Assistant Trainee, who want to kickstart a great career with lots of interesting challenges in a team of eight fantastic and competent colleagues. It is important to us that we collaborate and create great results together. You will report to Senior Manager, HR Operations, Jacob Gehlert.

Your tasks and responsibilities

You will handle and be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including payroll, contracts, maintenance of master data, global processes etc.

Further to this your responsibilities will be;

  • Handling of on- and offboarding of employees

  • Quality assurance of masterdata in IFS

  • Timeregistration


  • Payroll process

  • Maintenance of staff news on our intranet

  • Administration of sick pay

  • Substitute our Front Desk when needed


Your qualifications and skills

You are a person with great enthusiasm and love getting things right. You have a structured approach and are eager to get details on point. To be service minded, outgoing and adaptable is a given for you. You are independent and enjoy having responsibility. You are motivated by a busy and allround working day, where tasks are conducted with a smile on your face.

Your further qualifications are;

  • Highschool (gymnasiel) education ie STX, HHX or HTX


  • Flair for IT and excel

  • Comfortable with written and spoken English
