About the position

As Department Assistant you will report to the Director of Aseptic Production, and you will take up the administrative responsibility for the department. You will be responsible for a broad spectrum of administrative tasks in a new and growing area, where you will be able to put your personal spin on your daily tasks. Key tasks are:

  • Budget and accounts: support with financial controlling at a department level
  • Onboarding internal and external colleagues
  • Coordinate meetings and seminars
  • Support on and drive various projects within the department
  • Internal and external communication

Qualifications

As our Department Assistant, you have:

  • A flair for numbers and experience with the planning and controlling of budgets
  • Solid IT skills and work in a structured manner
  • Good communication skills
  • You are proficient in both written and spoken English

As a person, you proactively take action and ownership for tasks and welcome new responsibilities. You have the ability to adjust quickly to new situations in a dynamic environment. Others describe you as reliable, loyal and service-minded. And lastly, you have a can-do attitude, enjoy working in teams according to tight deadlines.

About the department

In Biotech and Rare Diseases Finished Products in Gentofte, we ensure the filling of rare disease products.

The most important goal for our department is to secure a stable and efficient filling of our products while ensuring that quality is high and production targets are met, secure improvements and continuous production in a complex setup.

You will work in a team with 5 leaders and 3 staff members. We appreciate an informal tone and a constructive mindset.
