About the Job As Project Manager, you will be involved in a wide range of projects related to everything from new production lines to major rebuilds, process optimisation and the implementation of new technologies. More specifically, your responsibilities will include: Plan and execute projects in accordance with strategic goals and timelines Plan and track deliverables Organise and lead workshops Manage and plan project resources Manage the project budget and associated financial planning We offer a position in a dynamic team where you will get to work with many different stakeholders, exiting projects and have many opportunities for personal and professional growth. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine that you might have a relevant Master's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering or a related field. Or you have an education in project management and experience from the pharmaceutical industry. Moreover, you have: Experience within operations in the pharmaceutical industry e.g. warehouse projects 2-5 years of relevant experience in project management Great presentation skills Strong communication skills with the ability of building relations with stakeholders at all levels Fluency in spoken and written English and preferably Danish As a person, you can see yourself in the following: Strong drive and ability to set direction, engage and motivate people Easily able to build trust and get commitment from stakeholders to support your projects in the context of an ever-changing and dynamic work environment Self-driven and independent with a high sense of responsibility Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and able to manage multiple projects and prioritize the effort across projects while not losing sight of the big picture We are looking for several new colleagues at different skill-levels, so please do not hesitate to apply even if you do not check all the boxes yet. About the Department The Project Management Office in Business Support, BRD FP GEVA is located in Gentofte. The department holds 50 employees, and you will be part of a strong team with 12 committed colleagues and an experienced and supporting leader. Our Business Support unit supports the production areas both in Gentofte and Kirke Værløse with portfolio and project management, planning and scheduling, Business Intelligence and validation.
