Our department is currently growing and we are therefore looking for an assistant who can help our managers and our department with administrative support and expertise. Together with managers you ensure the right focus on managerial tasks and your coordinating skills will come into play when hiring new employees. The position Your main task will be to assist the two Senior Managers and respectively the management teams in a wide range of different administrative tasks such as: Support the Senior Managers with administrative tasks such as calendar management, event planning, meeting preparation, procurement, etc. Support the Associate Managers and employees in the department with ad hoc tasks. Help the managers with administrative tasks related to hiring new employees. General staff administration and onboarding of new employees. Internal and external communication. You will work closely together with our current Department Assistant, and you will get many opportunities for personal and professional development. The workplace will primarily be at our sites in Gentofte. Qualifications To succeed in this role you must have the following qualifications: A structural mindset and the ability to plan, coordinate and execute accordingly Excellent interpersonal skills, helpful and a natural desire to get things done without compromising quality. Great IT skills and the ability to easily adapt to new systems and processes. Experience with the Microsoft Office Package. Preferably strong within PowerPoint and SharePoint. Good communication skills, both written and verbally, in English and Danish. As a person you are open-minded, team player, structured, service minded with a great sense of humour. You have a “can-do” attitude and enjoy a dynamic everyday life. You work independent and is used to think two steps ahead. About the department BRD API human Growth Hormone consists of two departments (Manufacturing and Facility Support) but we consider us as one unit. Our main tasks is to produce human Growth Hormone to serve our patients with Growth Hormone deficiency. As Department Assistant in BRD API you will be part of a highly diverse team on our production site in Gentofte. In close collaboration with our other Department Assistant you will mainly be supporting a leadership team of 10 persons, while daily interacting with a great variety of people in the office.
