In the newly established role as Senior LEAN Leadership Coach, you will join a newly established team focus on ensuring a lean leadership behaviour across our manufacturing sites. Our facilities are currently on a growth journey and the LEAN leadership methodology is and will be one of our most essential parts on that journey to ensure an efficient manufacturing process of medicine for patients living with rare diseases. You contribute to that journey through a structured coaching approach by following our Associate Managers and Senior Managers on shopfloor and provide feedback. In addition, you will be part of co-creating and developing new tools and systems to improve the way our area works with LEAN. You will be part of a LEAN network across different manufacturing facilities where you will have the opportunity to share knowledge and gain inspiration from others. Qualifications You will be a great asset to our team because you have: Extensive experience in driving change management as well as excellence stakeholder management skills Experience in driving leadership development through tools such as coaching and feedback methodologies Basic understanding of the lean tool, visual management, systematic problem solving and driving data driven decision making Basic understanding of a manufacturing environment A relevant academic degree and full professional proficiency in English On a personal level, you are passionate about solving challenges by looking at human behaviour. You enjoy being at shopfloor an among your key stakeholders. You take pride in working systematically and in a structured approach that enables you to keep track of progress and plan further actions. Your communication skills enable you to coach all types of stakeholders via feedback and reflection sessions. You are eager and enjoy finding new and smarter ways of doing things as well as challenge the current ways of working. About the department
Our team is part of the Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) Finished Products Gentofte and Værløse area that is the production site situated close to Copenhagen. Here we are app. 725 colleagues who take responsibility for transforming Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients into the finished product that patients can use all over the world. We are producing at full speed on existing lines while building and ramping up new state of the art facilities. Our complex processes require a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and include formulation, filling, freeze-drying, product inspection, assembly and pack. We bring value to patients by delivering high-quality Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) compliant products in a timely and cost-efficient manner. We drive change by working actively with LEAN and always looking for improvements within our processes, but also in the way we work together to make our products reach as many patients as possible. Working at BRD, Novo Nordisk BRD is part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, which is a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality production of pharmaceutical products. In BRD we are not only supplying all Novo Nordisk products for Rare Diseases, but also using our competences in Biotech to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for Novo Nordisk.
